Booking and Scheduling

Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. Upon booking:

• You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled service

• Access to the premises must be provided at the scheduled time

Pricing and Payment

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service fee may be charged
• No-show: Full service fee may be charged
• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective and safe cleaning services, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the cleaning area
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items
• Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions
• Ensure pets are safely secured during cleaning visits
• Disclose any health or safety concerns relevant to cleaning staff

Liability and Insurance

ALL-PRO CLEANING SYSTEMS, INC carries comprehensive liability insurance:

• We are fully bonded and insured for your protection
• Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions
• Liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of the service
• We are not liable for items not disclosed as valuable or fragile

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee:

• If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours
• We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge
• Re-cleaning must be for areas included in the original service
• Guarantee does not apply to conditions beyond our control
