Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Performed: If we fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Incomplete Service: If contracted services were not fully completed, you may receive a partial or full refund based on the work not performed.
  • Quality Issues: If the quality of cleaning does not meet our standards and you have contacted us within 24 hours, we will first attempt to re-clean. If still unsatisfied, a refund will be issued.
  • Prepaid Services: Unused prepaid service credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus any services already rendered.

  2. Provide Details: Share your name, service date, and a description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
  3. Review Process: Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. Resolution: We will either schedule a complimentary re-clean or process your refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will appear within 5-10 business days
  • Check Payments: A refund check will be mailed within 7-14 business days
  • Electronic Payments: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the service date
  • Services completed as agreed upon, with no documented quality issues
  • Dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (pre-existing stains, damage, etc.)
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service (cancellation fees apply)
  • Issues not reported within 24 hours of service completion
